The result is high repeatability and reproducibility with almost zero variation.

In addition to measuring moisture, protein, fat & oil, the new InfraLab can also analyse colour, offering production and quality control staff even more confidence in producing a perfect product. Measurement time is less than five seconds and includes simultaneous colour (CIE L*a*b*) measurements.
